My heart is a vessel of unconditional love

Here is a wonderful thought to anchor into the heart-field:

My heart is a vessel of unconditional love. As this love flows into my radiant heart-center, it wraps all the places in me that are hurting. As it flows onward, it wraps all the places in other hearts that are hurting. My heart is a vessel of unconditional love.

As you take deep breaths, tap the center of your chest with an open hand, and slowly repeat the above statement.

The truth is that all our emotional needs are met when the energy of love flows through us. All our wounds are wrapped and healed. And this love extends forward, always reaching beyond the container it flows through, reaching beyond even our conception of what is possible.

Extend self-love to all life

It has been a long week of driving, court, and laughter. I have been meditating a lot and have connected deeply to my inner well of laughter and lightheartedness. One thing that has come out of this is a knowing that I cannot enter the kingdom of heaven (whatever that means to me) without a playful heart. It is the innocent, the pure, and the playful that will lead humanity and the planet to higher states of functioning, love, and joy.

I have continued to send the love every day through my heart, mind, and hands. For this I am deeply grateful.

This morning, as I was meditating, this thought hit me:

The love I give myself, I offer freely to all life around me.

There are so many talks, books, and programs about self-love. I personally believe that all war in the world is nothing more than deeply embedded, toxic, and collective self-hatred projected outward. When more and more of us turn inward and love, forgive, respect, and honor ourselves, we will eventually witness a more loving world. The inner creates the outer.

This is why self-love is so important. However, I believe that self-love can also be a trap. It can become an exercise in narcissism if we don't extend that love to all life around us. In my book there is a meditation where we expand our hearts to merge with all the love there is, and then flood that love back down and through ourselves. We love ourselves, but then let-go and allow our bodies and minds to be the riverbed -- carrying that love to all life on this planet.

We love ourselves for the benefit of our own emotional and mental health -- AND we love ourselves for the benefit of our families, friends, and communities.

The love I give myself, I offer to all life around me.

The Love-Awakening Energetic Mastermind is a book that is both a book and an energetic communication device. Each page of the book is continuously saturated in flows of pure universal love for the benefit of everyone who works with it in any way.

Love is the sole healer and the sole doer

Love is the healer and the doer. More specifically, the highest love that I am, which transcends my personality and ego, is the healer and the doer. I am not separate from the love which flows freely through me. The vessel and the water are one.

If I can strive to be that empty vessel, to open my heart and let that love flow unimpeded through me, then I will have the privilege of witnessing the miracles that love can perform. There are no limits.

As this love flows into and through me in a giving gesture, as the river gives and flows, then all my emotional needs are met. All that I need and desire is given to me in overflowing abundance, and I am happier than I could ever imagine.

That is my goal.

It is a work in progress.

When I love myself I love the planet

When I love myself I love the planet.

My body is the earth....

And the earth is my body.

To make the biggest difference in the world, to increase the powers of compassion, kindness, justice, and freedom for all life on this planet, it is my sacred honor to keep my body container filled to overflowing with unconditional love. The cells of my body will then be quantum beacons, silently broadcasting the energy of love on invisible waves of forgiveness to all life on this planet.

The highest healing and evolution of this planet begins with my own healing and evolution. The whole has to begin with the individual parts -- because each of us are holographic representations of the whole.

So the quest becomes, how can I more clearly fill my body and mind with love? How can I more sincerely love, honor, accept, and appreciate myself?

And ultimately, can I give myself permission to see, to feel, and to know that by the simple practice of self-love, I am making the biggest difference in the world?

Today, I love myself and start again

On September 27, 2017, I made a commitment to transmit the energy of love through my heart, mind, and hands every day -- into the quantum space of pure energy that I hold between my hands -- and all without missing a day, for 12 continuous years. Today, I am starting again. Three days ago, I went the whole day without doing it. I had a very stressful day, and the next morning I realized that I didn't do my daily practice.

My immediate thought was, "I forgive my sweet and beautiful self." And I thought about just keeping going. I made it almost 4 months, and so what if I miss a day? But there is the part of me that sees a missing link in the chain of days -- so with a super happy and optimistic heart, I am beginning again.

From today, January 20, 2018 through January 20, 2030 -- without missing a day, I will transmit-send-communicate the universal energy of pure love through my heart, mind, and hands -- and into the quantum space of energy and information that I am building between my hands.

There is a more detailed description in the book, but here is a brief description on how to create an energy space of love between the hands -- and to send love into that space:

1. Hold your hands apart with the palms facing each other. Imagine you are holding an imaginary ball of light. It could be the size of a soccer ball, a softball, or a cantaloupe. Just imagine that this ball of energy is between your hands. You could also cup your hands together with plenty of open space between your palms. You get the idea.

2. Connect with your heart-space of love.

3. Begin taking deep and continuous breaths. Filling and emptying your belly and lungs completely. With each in-breath, expand and raise your heart-center to merge with the highest vibration and consciousness of love that you are. With each out-breath, flood that energy of love through your heart, through both hands, and through your third eye -- and into that space between your hands.

4. Keep breathing and flooding the love, and keep your breaths continuous and unbroken, with no pauses between them.

5. Do this for more than 12 minutes, preferably longer.

6. When you are finished, imagine that you are placing that ball of light into the center of your chest.

I now call upon my beautiful self of September 27, 2017 and from December 27, 2009 into this great and beautiful daily discipline. Together, the three of us will make it through the 12 years without missing a day!!

I believe in the power of love

I believe in the inherent brilliance of pure love existing inside the cells, atoms, hearts, and minds of every human being and every life form on earth and beyond.

I believe that we are all superhuman beings of pure love, with extraordinary abilities, powers, and insights. We are geniuses of energy, intuition, and joy. There is a giant of love inside every human chest. We are waking up to what is already there.

I believe that being and living the love that we are involves fully embracing and feeling all emotions of grief, despair, anger -- but from a place of loving presence. I believe in the power of feeling and releasing painful emotions, while moving away from gorging on and becoming addicted to them.

I believe that toxic collective self-hatred is destroying the planet, while at the same time, the flower of self-love is healing and awakening the planet to higher levels of compassion and understanding. Both are happening at once, and the latter will prevail.

I believe that joy is our birthright. We have an inherent human and spiritual right and duty to live our highest joy, express our highest joy, and give our highest joy to each and every moment of our lives. Feeing our highest joy takes as much courage to feel as our most painful emotions. We as human beings have what it takes to awaken into our greatest expression of joy.

I believe in practicing radical self-forgiveness on the deepest levels of our bodies and minds. As each of us comes to the peace of forgiving ourselves, then we will naturally extend more compassion to others, and this will ultimately be reflected in our relationships, organizations, and communities.

I believe that one human being can positively impact thousands and even millions of people through the deliberate and directed power and energy of love flowing through their heart, mind, hands, and body.

I believe that love is omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent -- existing in all times, and in all places, and with the ultimate power to help us heal, flourish, connect, and grow. 

I believe that human beings are intimately interwoven within the energetic fabric of love -- and we can connect with and channel this love through the power of our heart-centered intent. This ability is in-born and can never be lost.

I believe in the power of sacred sound, AUM, and all beautiful varieties and manifestations of that sound. I believe that the sound of AUM, and all other cosmic sounds, carry the potent vibration of love -- reaching beyond time and inhabiting all time and space as well.

I believe that the energy and consciousness of ever-increasing gratitude is the antidote to stress, fear, anxiety, ego-driven arguments, and even war. When one person truly lives gratitude, this energy spreads in circles of influence that reach the entire globe effortlessly. I believe that gratitude will change the world, and will do so with ease and grace.

I believe that the inherent power of love is overcoming the entrenched interests of hate and fear. This is happening without effort, without social pressure, without collective shaming, and without convincing other people to think like we do. But it is a process.

Realigning with my intention to dissolve in love

After going through a period of being out of spiritual alignment with the energy, consciousness, and flow of Universal Love -- I feel like I am now back online. I listened to The Power of Intention by Wayne Dyer for the 2nd time, and I did a breathwork session with the lovely and gifted mystic Trine.

This seems to have realigned me.

It is so easy for me to forget my purpose, my overriding goal and intention in life: to dissolve my consciousness in the energy of pure love. Buying this and that, getting on Facebook, going to work, living my life, etc. -- all makes it so easy to get derailed.

Last night, during sleep, I was actually repeating the commands in my dreamtime. I am so happy about this! This has made the day I am having much more rich, calm, and enjoyable.

Here is an intention you can tap into your heart, and activate with your heart -- and all within this frequency and consciousness of love in which we are all joined:

It is my intention to dissolve my mind, heart, body, and ego in the consciousness, energy, and flow of universal love. I tap the center of my intuitive energetic heart, in spiritual harmony with others, to now activate this intention within all levels of my cells, tissues, emotions and mind. I now disappear in the rapturous light of ever-awakening love.

As you repeat the above statement, gently and rhythmically tap the center of your chest with an open hand. Feel as though you are literally tapping the words themselves inside your chest cavity. Deeply intend that your heart both 1) accepts and absorbs the statement, and 2) activates it on all levels of your mind and body.

Also see if you can feel into the energetic harmony, joy, and connection with everyone else repeating and feeling it within their body and mind as well. Love connects us all, whether we are next to each other in body, or whether we are thousands of miles away. We are all joined on this primordial, quantum, and ecstatic level.

For best results, keep coming back and repeating the statement, again and again. It is so easy to get knocked out of our purpose and sacred intention to be and embody love. This intention helps us instantly realign.
